As you can see, the website has been completely redesigned in the hopes that you will find it a valuable and blessed resource that you can visit everyday. This is only the start, as we will be continuously adding more features and resources.

In the future, we hope to provide the following:

Dear Congregation,

This Saturday there will the Divine Liturgy for El-Arbaein of the departure of our beloved Abouna Mankarious.

The Liturgy will take place from 8:30am to 11:00am, followed by a short prayer session and some words from the priests. There will be Agapy after 12:15pm

OBITUARY FOR THE MOST REVERENT

HEGOMEN MANKARIOUS AWADALLAH MANKARIOUS

Priest of the Church of Ti Agia Maria and St. Demiana the Martyr in Etobicoke - Ontario, Canada  and former professor of both Dogmatic Theology and Old Testament at the Coptic Orthodox Seminary in Cairo.

After a 65-year journey of fruitful priestly service, at many Churches in Egypt, the United States and Canada, Fr. Mankarious slept in the Lord to rest in the bosom of the Saints on Thursday 24 December 2009 (15 Kiyahk 1726M.) just past 1:00PM.

His Reverent is the husband offr_mankariousMrs. Isis Rizkalla and the father of;

Mrs. Mony wife of Mr. Ramzy Ibrahim
Mrs. Madeline wife of Mr. Maher Rizkalla

He is also survived by grandchildren;
Christine, Nicole, Daniel, Monica, Andrew,
Teresa, Laura, Simon, Sarah, Nathan and Rachel.

The visitation was received on Friday 25 December during the Vespers Prayers and Kiyahk Praises (from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM).  The funeral service was held on Saturday 26 December 2009 at 11:00 AM (to 3:00 PM) following the Divine Liturgy (from 8:00 to 10:30 AM), at the Church of Ti Agia Maria and St. Demiana the Martyr, Etobicoke, Ontario.
